BINGO

The KPP Foundation is excited to announce that they are a Member Group (Charitable Organization) of the Kawartha Bingo Sponsor’s Association and with the support of their Bona Fide Members volunteer for bingo assignments at Delta Bingo and Gaming Centre on Clonsilla Avenue in Peterborough. We look forward to our partnership and in raising funds for people with physical disabilities, KPP supports in our community. Please help support your local charity by participating. Money Train: All Aboard! This free game will move between our Barrie, Peterborough and Penetanguishene gaming sites where you could win $10,000! Call 705 745-1124 for details.

Delta’s BIGGEST Jackpot Ever! Starting July 31-December 31, customers from all participating Delta sites will have a chance to win a golden ticket to this event being held in Toronto on December 31st at noon. MASSIVE prize board of $500,002, including a $250,002 final jackpot!

 

“A Night in Greece” Valentine’s Day Fundraiser

KPP Foundation and The Favourite Greek hosted “A Night in Greece” Valentine’s Day Fundraiser on Sunday, February 12th, 2017 at the Peterborough Lions Community Centre. This year’s Sponsorship and Donations not only ensured that seventeen people were able to attend this event at no cost, enjoying a lovely Valentine’s dinner, receiving a rose and a Roots bag along with the other guests in attendance, enjoying Greek music and socializing with friends old and new from their community but assisted in raising net proceeds of over $2,500 that will continue to help persons with disabilities supported by KPP to maintain and enhance as independent a lifestyle as desired.

Peterborough Petes Fundraiser

The KPP Foundation held their Peterborough Petes Fundraiser on Thursday November 24, 2016 at the Memorial Centre. The Petes played a great game vs Windsor Spitfires. Special thanks to Matt D’Agostini and the Petes organization for their continued support!!! We are excited to announce that 14 KPP clients were able to attend this event and that we were also able to promote community awareness.

Walk n Roll

The KPP Foundation’s Annual Walk ‘N Roll was held on Sunday September 25th, 2016. A perfect weather day, with all of the participants raising $814.00 and also raising awareness of the challenges faced by people using mobility devices on our city streets. Events like this help the Foundation to assist people with physical disabilities supported by KPP to live as independently as they choose.
